Learn Conversational Chinese

Conversational Chinese is a series designed to help learners of all levels focus on speaking Chinese - for the beginner with absolutely no background in Chinese who wants to have simple conversations in Chinese, up to the advanced learner who wants to be able to speak like a native Chinese.

There are 6 levels to Conversational Chinese, intended to be studied in succession:

• Beginner's Chinese
• Elementary Chinese
• Intermediate Chinese
• Advanced Spoken Chinese
• Advanced Chinese
• Advanced Common Chinese Phrases

Students will learn to be comfortable speaking Chinese in a broad range of situations, starting from introducing yourself, talking about your family, discussing work, and ultimately learning to comfortably conduct business negotiations, discuss world events, and engage with the Chinese community.

Students with previous background in learning Chinese should take a free Chinese level assessment to determine which Conversational Chinese class is appropriate for their level.

Program Details:

• Master Chinese pronunciation and romanization system: pinyin, initials, finals, and tones
• Master over 4000 common, spoken Chinese phrases and words
• Master over 600 commonly used grammar rules
• Master over 500 commonly used Chinese idioms and sayings
